I'm curious though, do you know why it is called 'snappy' sauce? When I googled the name google tried to correct it to snapper lol. I dunno, I was watching a cooking video with Teresa and every time she said snappy sauce I kind of cringed. But then again, she makes me cringe period lol. =P With all that said, the recipe sounds good...but I would leave out the red pepper flakes. I don't like spicy food so....
