Product Review: Mrs. Meyer's Natural Cleaners

If cleanliness is next to Godliness....Mrs. Meyer's should be nominated for sainthood.

I LOVE these cleaners! They are great for the room in the house we all spend so much time in: the kitchen! Therefore, just had to share them with you guys. No cleaning products smell better! Ever since I had my baby, I have been a little more concerned about cleaners to use around her that are plant-derived, biodegradable, non-toxic, etc. Mrs. Meyer's has been my solution. I'm also a fan of bleach, but I use bleach and Mrs. Meyer's cleaners interchangeably (just can't bleach granite countertops). This company also makes fantastic baby products. And their spruce line introduced at Christmas time is nostalgic and homey.

You will LOVE this brand! These cleaners are sold at Target, Walmart (most recently), Whole Foods, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Amazon, etc. Check out their website here. From left to right (above): geranium, lemon verbena, lavendar (ALL WONDERFUL)...but there is also basil, baby blossom and scent-free (not pictured).

Now, you may think these cleaners are expensive. They are at first glance. But that's because they are CONCENTRATED. The good news is that they can be diluted with water. One container can last months and months. I purchased them on sale from Whole Foods for about $7 for one container. It was worth it and the cleaning spray is used daily in this house. Makes cleaning less of a chore.

Gourmet clean. Ha!

  1. Mrs. Meyers is my absolute FAVORITE!!!!!! I love the geranium rose scent and lemon verbena the most, but also enjoy scrubbing my sink with the lavender surface scrub. You are right-no other cleaner smells better and it makes cleaning more fun! It is just the best!

  2. I LOVE Mrs. Meyers! There is a baby scented spray that I use in Maverick's room and I also use the plug-in scented things all through the house. I've never tried the cleaning products, but I will now!
